Warranty

At Pierre d’Or, our engineered quartz surfaces are crafted to the highest standards of quality, durability and design. We warrant that our quartz slabs are free from manufacturing defects under normal interior use. This limited warranty, valid for 10 years from the date of purchase, reflects our commitment to excellence and long-lasting performance. As Pierre d’Or supplies premium quartz slabs, fabrication and installation are carried out by independent specialists and are not covered under this warranty. Damage resulting from improper handling, installation, misuse, excessive heat, impact or harsh chemicals is excluded. In the unlikely event of a verified manufacturing defect, Pierre d’Or reserves the right to inspect the product and, at its discretion, repair or replace the affected material with a product of comparable quality.
